Be aware of the subconscious beliefs I want to change
There are two reasons why I want to list out my subconscious beliefs. First, once you become aware of these thoughts, it’s easier to defend yourself. When self-doubt shows up again, you can recognize and distinguish it.
Second, as mentioned in Atomic Habits, repeating an action helps reinforce your identity. So I want to list not only my subconscious beliefs, but also make my changes more concrete.
